Château La Reyne, a Cahors estate with generations of winemaking, crafts organic Malbecs that balance power, finesse, and terroir expression.
Deeply colored with aromas of black fruit, violet, and delicate spice. Elegant and silky, with refined tannins and a long, aromatic finish that reflects Cahors' terroir.
An intense, brilliant red with floral and fruity aromas lifted by spice. Round and supple on the palate, it shows fine tannins, vibrant fruit, and refreshing balance.
Château La Reyne, located in Cahors in southwest France, has been a family estate for five generations and today spans 40 hectares of vineyards. Since 2023, the domaine has been certified organic, with a philosophy rooted in respect for the land and the region’s emblematic grape, Malbec.
The estate combines traditional manual work in the vineyard with careful, modern winemaking to create wines that capture both power and elegance. Fermentations are carried out in stainless steel, concrete, and oak vats with temperature control, while aging takes place in a semi-underground cellar. Long macerations and gentle extractions preserve fruit purity, finesse, and terroir expression.
Château La Reyne’s cuvées highlight the diversity of its terroirs, from the terraces of the Lot to limestone slopes. With a commitment to passing on this heritage to future generations, Château La Reyne continues to produce authentic, terroir-driven Malbecs of character and refinement.
