Já Te Disse are limited edition wines, with all the work in the vineyard and cellar being done by hand, respecting the artisan tradition of the Alentejo Region, in Portugal.
After weeding the bunches weeks before, the harvest is carried out variety by variety, by hand, and at dawn, to maintain all its natural freshness. After the natural fermentation process, Já Te Disse is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, raising its level of quality as it ages in each bottle.
All the bottles available are numbered, sealed, and the labels are signed by the architect Siza Vieira.
