A Sicilian family's project has revived a historic wine estate, producing red aMarAnto, Chiarestelle, Le Bacche Nere, and white RoVi, Le Lune. Certified organic
Bianco Frizzante
The project of a young Sicilian family has been realized, giving back to the territory a property with an ancient wine-growing vocation, as testified by the early 20th-century manuscript accompanying the property.
From this land kissed by the sun and caressed by the wind, the grapes of Tenuta Santo Spirito now take on new life and are colored red with aMarAnto, Chiarestelle, and Le Bacche Nere, and white with RoVi and Le Lune. The company has been organically managed since its establishment and received a certification in 2017.
It also takes part in the 'SOStain' project, the sustainability program for Sicilian viticulture developed with the Ministry of the Environment, a path aimed at pursuing environmentally friendly, socially equitable, and economically efficient development. In 2022 they finally completed the long journey of the "ViVa" project, the Certification of Sustainability in Viticulture.
