Leads
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports with Pipedrive
- Prospect new business opportunities by presenting, promoting and sell service using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and emails
Prospects
- Approach identified customers and meet with them
- Prepare bids and proposals for potential clients
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure that terms are fair for both parties
Customers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales volume
- Maintain existing wholesales accounts to ensure quality business relations
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Customer service
- Give after-sales support when requested, and inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and the directors
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
